They're small packet boats used on the Ohio River and it's tributaries. The bottom one is the Allegheny. I believe this may be info on her...

ALLEGHENY BELLE No. 4
Type: sternwheel, wooden hull packet.  Size: 143 tons.
    Power: 16's -6 ft.
    Launched: 1859, Pittsburgh, Pa.
Destroyed: 1875, May 23, Below Portland Bar, below Louisville, hit
                     barge and sank.

I can't make out the top one. I'm not sure of a source of plans for small packets, but a lot were converted to civil war vessels. One good place to start is the Maryland Silver Company. They have plans from warships all the way back to civil war vessels.

I'm between jobs right now getting ready for a corneal transplant on the 23rd.

I'm at eastern standard time which is -5 GMT so I'm in the middle of my day at it at the time you guys are going to bed.

If you can't chase down any plans, maybe I can design something to build by.

My friend John Fryant has plans for a small packet

For over seas orders it's cheaper to order through Loyalhanna Shipyards link for Taubman's plans
