Title: Per Corell's "Honeycomb" Building Method
Post by: frankmcneilll on December 29, 2005, 11:44:20 PM
Go to Yahoo discussion groups home and use the word, “honeycomb” for a search that will provide about 30 hits. About half of the hits will be for groups owned by Per Corell, a Danish designer who thinks his honeycomb framing method could be used to construct boats, airplanes and buildings. I think the best use might be as die-cut components that could be snapped together as “instant” models of boats, planes and buildings. The attachment shows a frame that might be used to reinforce the origami hulls of boat and ship models.
