Thought It was about time to say a big thank you, to you all for the nice things you have been saying about me, and to say Hi to you all.

How is the Silver City?..I have not been over for about 8 years and I didn't think much about what they have done to it in some parts....

Most Scots have a sense of humour, personally I think mine is a bit flawed in that I smile at too many bad jokes :lol: Especially Eddys' on a Thursday night chat session in all of our chat room on the forum here. Remeber Thursday evening British time 21.00 to 23.00 hrs if you've nothing better to do.
Third and finally getting to the reason for posting I must be mad as Sandy has said "what have they done to Aberdeen?" We moved back to Aberdeen after I'd been away living and working in and around Inverness and the norhtern highlands and islands, back to Aberdeen. We must have been mad!!! Not that there is anything particularly bad about here just isn't the same as the North. Well you never know my wife has started to hanker after a move, probably not in the too near future, but the idea is starting to germinate. One thing though if we do ever get around to doing it I can assure you there will be a decent pond for sailing on close by 8) and it won't be too far West... Too much rain and way too close to the mother-in-law.
Enough of my ramblings for now, must be whisky induced tonight because of the start of a weeks' holidays.
