A few weeks ago you were looking for a prototype to model to take an engine you had bought. Just came across this website today for a small paddler in Switzerland:http://liberty-belle.globotech.ch
This might do you. If you want plans, you can probaly get them from Glyn Lancaster Jones who is, if I remember correctly, is Port Dinorwic in North Wales

The video section is fascinating, especially the  videos of the machinery further down the page
