Heya Eddy and other high ranking drakes!
I was wondering if it would be possible to make paddleducks RSS compatible because I just downloaded a program that allows me to see posts madce on other RSS compatible sites, if you could dop this for paddleducks I would love it.
By the way any one that wants the software it is free ware from Google...google desktop search sidebar!

I could add RSS compatibilty to the site Sean, but there are a number of problems with it:
#1. I don't really think that many people are bothered about it.
#2. It would take a LOT of work to do it.
#3. There are at least 7 versions of RSS made by three different companies (that I know of!) and I'd have to support every one of them, as they aren't mutually compatible.
If you (or some other member) really wants to see RSS added, I'll happily give you all the source (HTML and PHP) for the Paddleducks website so you can make the necessary changes, but I'm afraid I just don't have the time to take on such a massive undertaking myself.
Sorry...

Thanks for looking into that Eddy!
hmmm I wonder if I could make a program that could have paddle ducks info on it, like this plans archive we are talking about and articles on building hulls, wheels etc
It would be so you could access it off the internet, all you need to do is downlaod the program and huzzah the K.I.S.S to building paddler models! It could have the URL library that paddle ducks has and other stuff...kind of like the newsletter I suggested awhile ago now...gee time flies!
I wouldn't wnat it to be a program that detracts people from the site though so articles etc would have to be chosen carefully, but you could have video clips and stuff...like video tutorials and files that are too big for the site! (animations etc)
Just an idea
