Eddy,
The model is 1:25 scale which makes her 52 inches long. She is about the maximum size which will fit in my hatchback.
She sails very well, and by omitting the awning at the rear, she is not too affected by wind.
I have given her independent paddles (unlike the rear vessel) and these allow her to be easily maneouvred into berths and out again, and to be turned in her own length if required. However she responds to the rudder fairly well, even astern, so can be steered that way most of the time between pier calls.
