Search for real upright boiler
« on: January 08, 2019, 06:22:07 AM »
Hi,
a friend, who is the owner of a ship company on a bavarian lake, has bought one of the former stemaboats of his grandafahter. He found it in a barn. The former steam engine was found in stock of the city hall of the local community  and now it is like new. And the ship is repaired and brought to its original shape. The only missig thing is an upright LITTLE boiler- he could not yet find a company to construct one. The ship is about 11m long and has one screw.

Does anybody from you have a recommendation of a company, where we could ask to construct such a boiler along the permissions of the authorities?
Not Shiptec- he already had asked them.

Kind regards

Andreas
