Alan Bates Steamboat Cyclopoedium, missing pages

Hello,
The Western Rivers Steamboat Cyclopoedium by Alan L. Bates is one of my favorite books on that topic. But now I discovered to my my disappointment that in my copy (original ring-binder paperback edition), four pages are missing. Page 70 is printed directly on the back side of page 65, so they have never been there. Since I have this book for years, it is now way too late to claim replacement. 

Would anyone please be so kind to scan these four missing pages (66, 67, 68, 69) for me and send the to by be email, after contacting me via PM?
