As a newby PD, I have the impression that paddlewheel kits, for those who don't want to/aren't skilled enough to scratch build (both those categories apply to me), are few and far between.Good news!
Cayton Vintage Models supply good-looking kits, out of 2mm perspex, 8 floats, non-feathering. When I first looked, they offered two sizes, 120mm and 96mm diameter - both much too big for me (I'm in 1:76 scale). I emailed John Anthony with my requirements, and just wondered whether he could do me a kit pair. I exaggerate not - within 48 hours he had calibrated his CDC machine, made me a pair, and advertised the new size on the website. Amazing! Needless to say, I've ordered.
