Card model PS RIGI
« on: October 29, 2010, 08:06:10 PM »
I have come across a very nice model of the paddlesteamer RIGI as a free download. It is 1/72 scale and 580mm long. It can be found on:  click on paper models.   certainly worth looking at and easily enlarged as a working model. Regards, Walter.

Blessed are the "cracked" -for they let in the light for the rest of us.

Thank you Walter. Very interesting. I've downloaded the details for future reference.   :)

The horse may be out of the barn at this point, but there are some links
in dorfmeister's site that go to museums of collections of steam engines, and 3 to ships including the Blumlisalp and Lotschberg. Thanks for pointing the way Walter.
