Very interesting pictures. But another question: Does anyone has some informations about the big Congo sternwheeler "Reine Astrid"? Except the pictures, I don`t find anything like shipyard, builder date, dimensions and the time of working.

Very interesting pictures about railway and Marine Service of East Afrikan Railways. But it seems very difficult to find any material about Congo navigation between 1930 and 1960. Thanks for posting!
